MEET DR ANDREW JONATHAN CHAN
MD BDS FRACDS
Dr Andrew Chan is a dual trained dentist, with both a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and Doctor of Medicine. Dr Andrew Chan gained bachelor of Dental Surgery from Adelaide University in 2009.
Andrew worked in various private practices in Melbourne between 2009 and 2013. During this time Dr Andrew Chan undertook further examinations from the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and gained Fellowship at the college in 2014.
Between 2014 and 2019 Dr Andrew Chan obtained a Doctor of Medicine from Flinders University, worked as a medical doctor at the Royal Adelaide and Royal Melbourne Hospital, published several research papers and completed a variety of surgical training programs.
In 2019 Dr Andrew Chan opened Adelaide Tooth Removals and Dental Implants. A private dental practice with a special interest in tooth removals and dental implants

This includes simple and complex tooth removals (including wisdom teeth), dental implants, complex cosmetic/aesthetic/restorative dentistry and 'all-on-4' dental implant bridges.

Philanthropy
& VOLUNTEER WORK
Dr Andrew Chan and his wife are passionate about volunteer work, and have undertaken several activities raising money and providing community services and in the Northern Territory, Cambodia and Ghana.
Andrew and his wife raised funds for breast cancer
research and the 2019 South Bushfires.
Andrew and his wife hope to continue doing work for the wider community and provide volenteer services for communities in need.
CAMBODIA
In 2016 Andrew and his wife took time out of their honeymoon to do volunteer work with Cambodia World Family in Phnom Penh providing free dental care to orphans and underprivileged members of the community.
GHANA
Andrew and his wife spent several weeks in Ghana working with TANF providing education and health awareness to underprivelaged community members. Andrew and his wife were able to raise $20,000.00 and help TANF directly fund the education of 10 children.
